﷽

Asalaamu alaikum and Hey my awesome readers!

We all know that hijab magnets have been a game changer for women who cover;

Hello…no snags, easy to use, doesn’t leave a scar under the chin from constant use and makes changing up hijab styles on the go very, very easy!

I personally love that my beautiful scarves won’t have tons of tiny holes from them!

Imagine my excitement when I saw that some innovative sisters on Social Media have now developed hijabs with built-in magnets! Yes, OMG! SubhanAllah. ‘Cuz one pet peeve I do have with hijab magnets is that they can and do get easily lost (but so do hijab pins, so hey! At least you can’t stab yourself with a hijab pin, though).

Here are a couple of Muslim women-owned companies that sell hijabs with built-in magnets. Both companies have innovative unique designs to them. OK, see below! MashAllah.

Fatimahs Hijabs

Fatimah’s Hijabs is a new hijab company designed by Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based designer Fatimah Al Saraf. Her scarves are innovative as they incorporate a small yet invisible and highly adjustable magnetic closure along the rolled edge of the scarf for under the chin closure, along with sewn-in snaps to easily attach the scarf to the coordinating undercap. So no slippage, no need for pins, magnets, or clips. Nothing to lose or fiddle with. I love how adjustable yet secure her design is. MashaAllah.

Nyva Scarves

Nyva Scarves is based in Melbourne, Australia and was the first to develop an easier-to-wear Modal scarf with an attached undercap. Well, Nyva went a step further and has developed a chiffon scarf not just with an attached undercap but also with sewn-in hidden magnets for under the chin. Nyva’s design is great for those wanting to wear chiffon scarves in a flowy design.

I am excited to see how both of these companies innovate and expand further, and I do think these hijabs with built-in magnets will be a wonderful game changer for those busy, hectic days of our lives.

To my readers, please let me know what you think about this post and please share your thoughts on these hijab styles.
